Returning Merchandise to World of Watches If you are not satisfied with your watch purchase, you may return it to World of Watches within 30 days of ship date (excluding Rolex, pre-owned watches may be returned within 15 days of ship date for store credit only) for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. Please note that the watch must be undamaged and in “original” condition to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers which will be refunded via company check. If the returned merchandise involves layaway, the 25% deposit is not refundable. Multiple merchandise returns exceeding five (5) of the same item or style number within a 30 calendar day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored. Same Day Shipping World of Watches offers same day shipping on most orders for in-stock merchandise if we receive and process your credit card order before 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday.
